Meet Chef Greg, owner of Roadside Food Studio.
Undercover chef, designer, soul skier, aspiring cowboy, reckless philosopher. Twenty five years in and around the valley, cooking outside with tools at hand, materials that can be sourced close by and the aim of right relationship.
Chef Michael is a private chef and nutrition coach serving the Jackson, WY community - bringing over a decade of holistic health training & regenerative farming to his fire-inspired, farm-to-table cuisine. He works at Canewater Farm, and partners with the local farmers in the valley. His approach blends ancestral wisdom, regenerative farming, and elemental cooking. At the heart of his work is a mission to create and serve.
